We offer flat fee and hourly engagements. It’s up to you.
When working with us on a flat fee basis, we earn our fees against milestones. If you don’t reach a milestone, you don’t pay for it.
When working with us on an hourly basis, we track our hours in real time and can update you on demand. We do not bill for quick email responses, short phone calls, or other minor tasks.

No, we’re industry agnostic. Our clients cover a diverse range of sectors including HVAC, e-commerce, construction, engineering, and home care services.
That said, we’re candid about the fact we’re corporate and M&A generalists. If we think you need to consult a specialist, we’ll be up front in our assessment.

When working with us on a deal that dies before closing, we will give you credit towards your next transaction for any amount we earn and you pay.
That’s as close to zero risk as we can make it, while ensuring we have sufficient working capital (we’re a small business too).
